Commit To The Process

Today I came across this video by John Chatman about commitment and found it really interesting and so I’d like to share it with you, because so often when life ain’t moving at the speed we want it, we tend to get frustrated and want to give up, I am guilty of that sometimes. This is just a reminder to keep going and don’t give up, don’t quit.

As you watch the video, I ask that you take the time to analyze your life and see if you are where you want to be, if you are happy with the progress in your life and if you and your family are financially secured.

It doesn’t matter who you are, what you do and where you’re from, you can achieve your goals and get everything you ever dreamed of, if you make the decision to believe in yourself and commit to your dreams. BELIEVE in yourself and COMMIT to whatever your process is.

Rejected, Disappointed, No Leads, No Sales: Shake It Off And Stay In The Game

Rejection Making You Frustrated?

It’s easy to get frustrated when things aren’t going our way. As a newbie in the internet marketing field it can be quite frustrating not getting any leads. You hear it all the time; you need a squeeze page or an opt-in form so that you can build a list. So what do you do? You take your time and you create this killer squeeze page and you advertise like crazy without end, but no leads. Frustrating isn’t it? I surely remember the feeling.

This can be quite a devastating feeling and it can leave you in a state of depression. Now when this happens you begin to doubt yourself, get discouraged, and doubt if people actually make money online. This can even cause you to feel immobile and you may even end up losing your drive and excitement. Most people quit after a few rejections.

How Do You Handle These Feelings?

You must understand that if you are going to be successful you are going to have to find a way to deal with rejection, because it will happen. There is no if, ands or maybes, rejection will come, so get use to it. Every individual faces rejection and disappointment in their lives, not just internet marketers. And yes even the gurus of internet marketing have faced and are still facing rejection today. It is a natural part of life.

If you truly want to succeed in your online business, you have to shake off the rejection, disappointment and rise to a new level. You can’t sit in self pity, instead you should say, ok, maybe the timing wasn’t right for that person, or well that’s only one, there are billions more out there. It is not the end of the world, there is hope.

To handle rejection you have to realize that it is something that everyone has to face, some deal with it positively, while others negatively, the question is how will you deal with it? Your life is not over because a few persons said no, all you have to do is adapt a new attitude and get back in the game.

Your success depends on you, so if you are really committed to what you’re doing, then you won’t let a few no’s get in the way of your success. Always think about how bad you want it. Believe in yourself, work towards your goals and don’t let anyone or anything discourage you.

Marketing is a numbers game and there are billions of people in the world, so just keep going until you get your million yes. Whenever you feel like quitting, giving up, discouraged or disappointed just think about the gurus and ask yourself, what makes them different from me? If they can do it, so can I. Remember, gurus are no better than you, it’s just that their drive is more than yours, they are more motivated than you, and they are determine to succeed. Are you determined to succeed?

When you get rejected, disappointed, frustrated or discouraged just shake yourself off, find your motivation and stay in the game.

Find A Niche For Your Business

How do you know what business is right for you? Or better yet how do you choose a niche?

Firstly you need to find out what products or services people are purchasing. It’s definitely ok for you to choose something you don’t know anything about. Once you have found your niche, you should study your niche, and become one with it. My personal advice would be to choose a niche that you enjoy doing. If you choose a niche that you enjoy then you will have fun writing, talking, and blogging about your niche. You will be able to market your product or service better because you are passionate about it.

There are lots of profitable niches online. Listed below are just a few:

·         How to make money online

·         Health and Wellness

·         Weight Loss

·         Personal Growth

·         Love and Relationships

·         Travel

·         Career Investing

When choosing a niche you should do some research to find out

·         The best keywords to use for your niche

·         How big your niche is

·         What is the competition like

·         What you can do different from your competitors

·         Is it worth your time to choose that niche

·         Are there multiple ways you can profit from your niche

·         What’s the life line of your niche? Is it long term or short term

·         Check out your competitors sites and see what you like about it, rate it on a scale of 1-10 to see how well it attracts and how you can make your site better.

·         Check the number of ads being placed on your niche and see how much traffic they get

·         What’s the cost per click for your targeted keyword

Remember that people need information and they are willing to pay for it, so be sure to do your research and provide the best possible results for your audience. Over deliver.

Your Business Vision, Goal and Plan

Do you know a have a vision for your business?

By that I mean, where do you want your business to go? Do you want your business to be on page 1of Google?

How long do you intend to stick with your business?

Are you willing to stick with your business when you run into roadblocks? You will run into roadblocks but if you are prepared to make your business succeed then you will stick with it. You have to have a clear vision of where you’re going and where you want your business to go and how long you want it to last. Are you going to settle for $1000 per month or do you want more? Set high expectations for your business and then strive to exceed them, don’t just settle for $1000 per month.

Become a strategic thinker and take the time to learn new skills to develop a long successful business for yourself. Envision your success before it happens.

Got Goals?

Let me give you my definition of a goal before I continue. A goal is specific milestones you take towards your vision. Your goals should be specific, that way you can know when you have me your goal. Once you’ve achieved that goal you cross it off your list and set a new goal. It should be attainable, by that I mean don’t set a goal that you know you can’t achieve, for example, don’t set a goal that says you’re going to make $1billion tomorrow. Next make sure you set a deadline for your goals, this will help you push towards achieving it. Always be realistic, please don’t hang your basket so high that you can’t reach, otherwise you are going to drive yourself crazy. Be consistent with your goals, as soon as you achieve one goal, you should set a new one.

Will you Plan to Fail or Fail to Plan?

You need to create an Action Plan. Your action plan should include your strengths, weaknesses, and your goal. Make a detailed business plan, list what skills or experience you have that you will bring to your business to make it successful. Do things step by step, be neat, and be organized and focused at all times.

Write down your goals and work towards them. Use the guide line below to help you

• Name of business
• Vision for the business
• Who is your target market?
• What will you sell?
• What is your unique selling point (usp) or what separates you from the competition?
• What marketing strategies will you take?
• What are your short term and long term goals for building and growing the business?
• What is the deadline for your goal?
• Plan of action to achieve goals

It’s extremely easy to get stuck in the ‘paralysis of analysis’ and do absolutely nothing, because you feel there is too much to do. However writing down a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly goal will help you overcome this.
